Social and Cultural Activities
At Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, our students’ studies are put on exhibition for the public in May. Spring festivals are regularly celebrated at our university. In this organizations, selling and introduction points, sports games, film and theatrical performances, panels, various competitions, conferences and live concerts attract a lot of attention.

Sport Facilities and Activities
Consideration has been given for the establishment of sports facilities with the intentions to provide our students with the opportunity to do types of sports.

Accommodation
Mehmet Akif Ersoy University offers a vast range of accommodation choices for both students and teaching staff; apart from those who live in on-campus and out-campus dormitories, some students choose to live in private accommodation in the vicinity. Mini flats are allocated for teaching staff and visiting staff.

Canteen and Cafe
Student canteens are available on campus to provide lunch on weekdays. There are fast food facilities. The bright and airy cafe area on the first floor has plenty of seating and offers breakfast and lunch items.
